Roger Lim

Roger is a highly experienced engineer with postgraduate qualification in
robotics. With over 15 years experience as a Senior Engineer in Plant Safety
with the Victorian WorkCover Authority and its predecessors, Roger has been
working in the private industry consulting in plant safety for over 20 years, specialising in machine safety. Has is a member of AS4024 machine safety standards committee.

 

He has a wealth of experience specialising in risk management processes, risk assessment of plant and processes, safeguarding of machinery and the safety of electrical/electronic control systems of plant.
Roger often appears as an "expert witness" in courts for accident investigations. 

He also provides thorough tailored Plant Safety Risk Assessment and Electrical safety training.

Jason is a Principal Safety Consultant at Plant Safety Solutions Pty Ltd. specializing in risk management processes. risk assessment of plant, equipment
and processes and the safeguarding of machinery. He has:
- 8 years practical experience in safety consulting experience specializing in
machinery safety

- 10 years experience in safety and operations including 4 years at Qantas
Airways as a Principal Safety and Quality Consultant.
Jason believes in providing an open consultative, practical approach to integrating safety with efficiency of business operations. Having demonstrated
the ability to provide practical solutions in the workplace whilst ensuring
compliance to government regulations and codes of practice, Jason is able
to apply an open consultative process, with proven ability to meet organisational goals within specified timeframes.
Jason is active within multinational organisations projects responsible for
the development of risk assessments followed by the implementation of Lock
Out Tag Out (LOTO) programs differentiating between power isolation for major intervention against Safety Related Parts of Control System (SRPCS) for minor
intervention access in accordance with AS/NZS 4024.1501:2014.
